The Modern Toilet Seat
Contributes to a Sagging Bowel
and Prevents Complete Evacuation
One of the big enemies of the
bowel is the modern toilet seat. In primitive societies, people squat, and
this is exactly what our bodies were constructed to do, the natural position
when defecating. The bowel is supported and kept in alignment by the thigh's
contact with the abdominal wall, and all internal organs are maintained in
their proper places. The modern toilet seat robs us of the natural support
to the abdominal walls and colon, and thus restricts evacuation. Whoever
designed it never realized the havoc it would cause with constipation and
related diseases when setting it so high up. This forces our bodies to adapt
an unnatural, abnormal position, and over the years it leads to
weakened abdominal and intestinal muscles unable to support and girdle
organs in a proper fashion. It also contributes to sagging internal organs
that don't function as effectively when shifted from their natural position.
Over the years, it only aggravates the problem of the sagging colon. There is an answer!
The use of a foot stool to elevate the
feet while on the toilet approximates the natural squatting position. This
simple step will result in a more complete evacuation.
